At PINKY, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. Please see below for the new safety measures we are implementing to ensure peace of mind for everyone.

Please make a reservation

To limit the number of people inside the salon (no more than 50% of the maximum occupancy), we will be implementing a reservation-only policy. Walk-ins are not guaranteed at this time so we strongly recommend you to book an appointment ahead of time.

Your temperature will be checked upon arrival

We have a pre-entry health screening station with a non-contact infrared thermostat. You will be asked to have your temperature checked before entering the main service area. If your temperature exceeds 100.4 °F (38.0 °C), we will ask you to leave.

Please keep your masks on at all times

For the safety of everyone at PINKY, please have your mask on properly covering your nose and mouth at all times.

Sanitize your hands before checking in

We will have sanitizers ready for you to clean your hands before entering the main service area.

Mani / Pedi stations will be disinfected per use

We are committed to provide an environment that is safe for both our customers and employees. We will be disinfecting the mani/pedi stations for every customer following the CDC guidelines.

Non-contact protocol

With the exception of the service you will be receiving at PINKY, we will be implementing a non-contact protocol and adhere to social distancing.

Sterilized tools for every customer

We are continuing our thorough sterilization process. Our tools are cleansed 3 times and sterilized at 250 degrees Fahrenheit daily using the hospital grade sterilization autoclave. Each toolkit is used only once per customer.

If you have any flu-like symptoms, please stay home.

If you are sick or have shown symptoms, please book an appointment only if you have fully recovered and quarantined for 14 days as instructed in the NYC COVID-19 guideline.
